All scientific articles submitted to the editors of the online scientific journal “Vestnik of ASAU” are subject to mandatory peer review.
The journal carries out one-way blind reviewing, when the reviewer knows the name of the author of the article, and the author of the article does not know the name of the reviewer.
The manuscript submitted by the author(s) is submitted for expert assessment to a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal, and (or) experts – scientists and specialists in this field.
The reviewer is notified that the manuscript submitted is not subject to disclosure. The reviewer is not permitted to make copies of the manuscript for personal purposes.
Manuscripts are sent for review as the next two issues of the journal are formed in the order of receipt.
The reviewer has the right to indicate the need to make additions and clarifications to the manuscript, which is then sent to the author for revision. The article revised by the author is re-submitted for review.
Manuscripts once rejected as a result of peer review are not re-reviewed.
The decision to publish a scientific article after review is made by the editor-in-chief, and, if necessary, by the editorial board as a whole.
The editorial board informs the author(s) of the decision by email. The editorial board sends a reasoned refusal to the author of a manuscript not accepted for publication upon a written request.
All reviews are kept by the editorial office for five years.
Copies of reviews are sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request by the editorial office of the publication.
